My parcel is stuck in Tawau, SBH, for 2 days now, whereby the ETA is today to my shipping address in Miri, Sarawak. I have called and chatted with a live agent to voice out my concern, but there's still no action. SPX Tawau hub is a disaster and has bad reviews, and I hope SPX will improve their services or else people will shop elsewhere!

Slow and very slow to deliver, plus ur webpage as well as shopee also no updated at all, I don't know what's wrong but ok n service line first thing first is updating where is the cargo, this is not fair for both seller and customer cause both side got paid shopee, if free delivery I won't been so annoying to writing a very long complaining review

Bad Management, useless customer service
SPX has no capability of handling urgent requests/instant deliveries but want to monopolize the courier market for Shopee platform. My items were very urgent in need and I requested to use lalamove for instant deliveries, but the seller said it's controlled by Shopee, but there is no such service by SPX.
Dropped the order, contact CS for alternative options, they only bluffed me away with "We have contacted our logistic teams to deliver it the soonest possible". No exact solution was given.

Dear Management / HQ Team,
I am one of the courier drivers at Kluang Hub, and I am writing this email on behalf of all full-time and part-time courier drivers operating at the Kluang Hub.
We respectfully but strongly request the cooperation of HQ to review and restructure the current hub management, particularly the positions of the Hub Manager and Supervisors, and to ensure that these roles are filled by individuals who are truly qualified, competent, and suitable for such responsibilities.
At present, the hub is being managed largely based on emotional decision-making rather than practical operational judgment, without proper consideration of the real conditions and challenges faced daily by courier drivers.
If the objective is to achieve a more efficient and effective delivery system, it should not be done by forcing drivers to go out for delivery at 2:00 PM with hundreds of parcels and continue delivering until all parcels are completed, regardless of realistic time constraints, safety, or driver welfare.
A capable and knowledgeable management team would understand that cargo parcel lorries should arrive at the hub early in the morning, allowing drivers to start deliveries on time. Instead, drivers are instructed to wait for lorry arrivals until as late as 1:30 PM, which results in wasted time and unnecessary pressure.
Despite this, supervisors continue to demand that all parcels be completed without allowing any holding, regardless of circumstances.
Furthermore, the conduct of certain supervisors and administrative staff reflects a complete lack of humanity and empathy. Drivers are constantly threatened with warning letters and offense letters without fair assessment or understanding of on-ground realities.
The situation is made worse by unprofessional and disrespectful language used by certain supervisors towards courier drivers, which is completely unacceptable.
We urge HQ to take appropriate disciplinary action against any supervisor who displays rude, abusive, or disrespectful behavior towards drivers and keep on pressure driver to keep on accept hundreds of parcel within a day.
We strongly request that HQ reorganize and appoint qualified, experienced, and professional personnel to administrative and supervisory roles at Kluang Hub.
There have already been numerous complaints raised regarding the current supervisory team. It is deeply concerning that individuals who were previously sorters have been abruptly promoted to supervisory positions without sufficient leadership training, resulting in abuse of authority and disrespectful treatment of drivers.
We sincerely hope this matter will be taken seriously for the sake of operational efficiency, employee well-being, and the companys professional integrity.

I would like to share some feedback regarding the self-collection point center I recently visited - Parcelhub Mini Kota Permai, Bukit Mertajam. While I appreciate the convenience of self-collection, I noticed a mismatch between the centers actual operating hours and the information provided on Shopee and WhatsApp.
Also, the attitude of the owner at the center could be improved to ensure a more welcoming and helpful experience for customers.
